Investment Objective & Strategy
The Affluence Investment Fund aims to provide Eligible Investors with:- Access to a diversified portfolio of underlying investments;
- A minimum distribution yield of 5% per annum, paid monthly;
- Annualised returns of at least inflation plus 5% over rolling 3 year periods; and
- A total return at least 5% better than the S&P/ASX 200 accumulation index (“ASX200 Index”) in any year the ASX200 Index posts a negative return.
The Fund aims to achieve this objective by finding the top 1% of investment managers available in Australia. We then invest with them in a way that we believe balances maximum returns with low volatility.
The Affluence Investment Fund’s Key Features
Diverse Investment Portfolio
The Fund is likely to hold 15-25 investments at any given time, but may hold more or less than this.
Minimum Initial Investment
Eligible Investors can invest as little as $20,000. Start with a smaller amount and grow your investment over time.
Minimum Additional Investment
You can add to your investment from as little as $1,000.
Monthly Applications and Withdrawals
Applications and Withdrawals are processed monthly. Your application funds are held in a trust account while awaiting processing.
Monthly Distributions
Distributions to Investors are generally paid on a monthly basis, around 10 days after the end of each month.
Distribution Reinvestment
Distributions can be reinvested to compound the returns on your investment.
We Get Paid To Perform
Affluence charge no fixed fee, simply a performance fee equivalent to 12.5% of positive total returns delivered.
Regular Fund Reporting
Reports detailing the Fund’s performance, strategy and portfolio are provided at the end of each quarter.

How To Invest In The Affluence Fund
Step 1: To apply for units in the Affluence Investment Fund, you first need to read and understand the Fund’s Information Memorandum.You should ensure the Fund is appropriate for your personal circumstances and fits within your financial objectives. You may wish to consult with your financial or other advisor in making this assessment.
Step 2: Fill out the application forms included with the Information Memorandum. If you have not invested with Affluence previously, you will also need to compete identification forms and provide acceptable proof of identity documents.
Step 3: Return the application forms to the Fund’s registry for processing. Payment of the application amount can be made via cheque or other methods set out in the Information Memorandum.
Step 4: You will receive an acknowledgement as soon as possible after we receive your application. You will receive your investment confirmation once the application has been processed.
