The Affluence Investment Fund provides access to a diversified investment portfolio of the best fund managers as selected by Affluence. We aim to provide a distribution yield of approximately 5%pa, paid monthly and a total annualised return of at least inflation plus 5% over rolling 3 year periods. We aim to deliver these returns with less volatility than the stock market.

Summary

We look at the last 12 months performance for the financial year ended 30 June 2017. What worked. What didn’t. Our ten largest investments. The hardest lesson of all. Why volatility matters and what you can do about it. We also touch on our plans for new investment opportunities and finally (with some reluctance), our predictions for the near future.

If you would like to invest with us and get access to a diverse range of some of Australia’s best fund managers, visit the fund page.
