Invest, withdraw or update your details


Before you start

Before making any decision to invest, you should read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) or Information Memorandum (IM) for the relevant Fund. You should also review the Target Market Determination (where available) and ensure the Fund is appropriate for you. You may wish to consult with your adviser in making this assessment.

The Affluence Investment Fund is open to all investors. The Affluence LIC Fund and Affluence Small Company Fund are currently only available to existing clients. If you hold an investment in any Affluence Fund, you can apply to invest in the Affluence LIC Fund and Affluence Small Company Fund. If you already have an investment in one of these funds, you can continue to add to your investment.

Applications and withdrawals for all Funds are processed monthly. The monthly cut-off dates for applications and withdrawals are:

  • For the Affluence Investment Fund and Small Company Fund, the 25th, or the prior business day if the 25th is not a business day.
  • For the Affluence LIC Fund, the last business day of a month.

Application money and all required information must be received by the cut-off time each month, to be accepted for that month. We recommend you apply well in advance, in case any additional information is required to finalise your application.

If all required information and application funds are received by the cut-off time, you will be issued units effective on the first day of the following month. It takes about one week after the end of each month to finalise unit prices and process applications. You should receive a statement confirming your investment by the 10th of the following month.

 

New investment applications

Whether you are investing with us for the first time or adding to an existing investment, the online application is the easiest method.

To make a new investment in any of our Funds, click the Apply Online button below for the relevant Fund. For the Affluence Investment Fund and Affluence LIC Fund, you will be prompted to complete a short questionnaire before being directed to the online application. The minimum initial investment into our Funds is normally $20,000, although we can accept a lower amount at our discretion.

If you prefer to complete a paper application form, click on the Application Form button for the relevant Fund and the type of investor (SMSF, Trust, Company or Individuals).

 

Adding to your investment

You can add to an existing investment by applying online, or completing a one page additional investment form. The minimum additional investment amount is $1,000.

To apply online, click the Apply Online – Add to Investment button below for the Fund you wish to invest in.

For existing clients, adding to your investment online will be much quicker if you have already registered and have a login for the Registry Direct website.

If you prefer to complete a paper application form, click on the Additional Investment Form button below, for the relevant Fund. The completed form can be emailed or posted to us.

 

Updating your investment details

Existing investors can view and update most investment information online from the Registry Direct website. You can log in here.

If you do not yet have a login, you can register for access here using your investment details or contact us and we will email you a link to get started. Alternatively, you can click from any investment or distribution statement emailed to you the link to set up your access.

If you wish to make changes to your investment and you do not have online access, forms are available from the Registry Direct website near the bottom of this page.

 

Withdrawing all or part of your funds

Withdrawals require a paper form to be completed. You can download the form by clicking on the Withdrawal Request button below, for the relevant Fund. The completed form can be emailed or posted to us.
