We recently recorded this Affluence Investment Fund webinar.
When picking stocks, buying high quality businesses is one of the best paths to long term success. When choosing great fund managers, the same principles apply. But where do you find the best fund managers? Our Affluence Investment Fund is an unlisted managed fund that invests with over 30 quality fund managers. Many of them are hard to find, closed to new investors, accessible to wholesale clients only, or require a large minimum investment amount. We formed the fund in 2014 after we saw an opportunity. We wanted to provide everyone with access to the investing style popularised by wealthy families and endowment funds.
The Affluence Investment Fund pays distributions monthly. We charge no fixed fee. Only a performance fee based on positive total returns delivered.
In this 20 minute presentation, we discuss:
- The exceptional quality of fund managers available and what we look for.
- The current make-up of the portfolio, including our top ten managers.
- How we seek to limit the impact of market downturns.
- The distribution and performance history of the Fund.
