We are very excited to announce we have launched the Affluence Income Trust, a new fund focused purely on delivering attractive monthly income.
The Affluence Income Trust invests in a highly diversified portfolio of fixed income assets that aims to:
- Provide you with a minimum distribution equal to the RBA Cash Rate plus 3% per annum, paid monthly.
- Preserve capital over rolling 3 year periods after payment of distributions.
The Fund has a very flexible investment mandate within the fixed income asset class. This allows us to take advantage of what we believe to be the best risk adjusted investment opportunities in the sector at any given time.
The Fund portfolio includes a range of investments chosen by us, including access to many exceptional fixed income specialists normally only directly available to wholesale and institutional clients. For most individual investors, it would be very difficult to build such a diversified portfolio of fixed income assets.
Distributions are paid monthly, with the current rate equivalent to a 7.5% per annum yield.
The RBA Cash Rate + 3% target means we aim for distributions to move up or down over time in response to changes in the RBA Cash Rate. Distributions are not guaranteed, and may be paid above or below this amount.
The Fund commenced investing in July 2023. We were the first investors in the Fund, and we are now pleased to offer you the opportunity to invest alongside us. The Fund will offer monthly applications and redemptions, with a cut-off date of the 25th of each month.
